CATHERINE BLUE

Catherine Blue has built a legal career based upon more than 15 years in the corporate telecommunications industry as well as with a major Washington, D.C. law firm. Before founding Donohue & Blue, Catherine served as senior counsel in Holland & Knight’s real estate and land use group. Prior to entering private practice, Catherine served as chief counsel on land use for Cingular and AT&T. She practices in the area of real estate, land use and legislation relating to these areas, along with general commercial contracting, environmental health and safety, and business security. Catherine has broad experience counseling wireless carriers and infrastructure providers on issues arising out of site acquisition, including distributed antenna systems, infrastructure leasing, zoning and litigation, and interactions with municipal and state governing authorities. Catherine is a member of the Steering Committee of the Wireless Women’s Leadership Forum and chair of the WWLF membership committee. She is a co-author of Working with Wireless: The Massachusetts Municipal-Industry Collaborative.
